Build a Flyer, BOV or Offering Memorandum

MarketEdge presentations turn your analysis into branded, client-ready marketing — from one-page flyers to full OMs.

1. Start from your MarketEdge Property and open the Presentation tab.
2. Choose a template from the dropdown (Flyer, BOV, OM, and 250+ more) and click Save.
3. Confirm property and financial data flowed in from the Property and Analysis tabs.
4. Click Templates to switch designs or Select Cover Page to change the front page; click through pages to edit text, images, financials, and layout.
5. Save with File > Save As to preserve versions as you refine.
6. Share via View/Share: export a PDF, email it, E-Publish as a webpage, or Add to Deal Room for secure distribution.
7. Use the Real Estate Exchange to share internally for team review before it goes to the client.
