1. Open Comp Manager to work with Sales and Rent Comps in one place.
2. Import comparables in bulk with Import Comparables to Comp Manager (Excel-based, like KRM import).
3. For multifamily, use Import Multi-Family Rent Roll to bring unit-level data straight in.
4. Watch for character limits on sale comp imports — trim long text fields before uploading (see Fix-It).
5. Tag and organize comps so they're retrievable by property type, submarket, and date.
6. Pull comps directly into analyses and presentations rather than re-typing them.
