Find Any Record Fast: Search, Filters & Lookups

Use Global Search for instant lookups and layered filters for precision lists — then save your best searches so they're one click away forever.

1. Use the Global Search bar at the top of KRM for quick finds: type a company name, property address, or contact detail and pick the matching record.
2. For criteria-based lists, click Filter > Simple Filter and refine by record type, location, status, ownership, or agent assignment.
3. Stack multiple filters (property type + status + date range) and watch the live results narrow to exactly the records you want.
4. Save frequently-used searches as Saved Filters for one-click access.
5. Save your preferred columns as a Saved View, then combine Views with Filters into Lookups — your standard working screens.
6. Use bulk actions on filtered results to update, export, or market to the whole list at once.
