- Open Lease Comparison & Analysis in MarketEdge and create an entry per lease proposal.
- For each lease, toggle Active (required) and enter term, rates, and concessions like Free Months.
- Model NNN recoveries and landlord/tenant expense treatment per proposal.
- Set the Discount Rate and any commissions in Analysis Settings.
- Use Show Comparison to view proposals side by side; rename category titles to match your client's language.
