Attach Documents, Links & Deal Rooms to Listings
Flyers, OMs, videos, and secure deal rooms — attach everything a serious prospect needs to move.
- Open the listing in MarketPlace and go to attachments.
- Attach marketing documents: flyer, brochure, or offering memorandum PDFs.
- Add links for virtual tours, videos, or your property website.
- For confidential material, click Add Deal Room to your Listing — prospects register and sign an NDA before access (see the Vault guides).
- Coming from Buildout? Use the Buildout Import Tool to pull listing data across instead of rebuilding.
- Update the listing status as the deal progresses so the market always sees current state.

Public docs generate interest; the deal room captures it. Put teaser materials in the open and gate the OM — every download becomes a registered, NDA'd lead.
