Organize & Track Deals with Projects

Projects are KRM's deal containers. Set up project types as deal funnels and every pursuit gets a stage, a pipeline, and a paper trail.

โฑ About 8 min ๐Ÿ“ฆ Module: KRM
  1. In KRM, open the Projects table โ€” each Project represents one deal or pursuit.
  2. Create a new Project and link the relevant Contacts, Companies, and Properties so everything about the deal lives in one place.
  3. Set the Project's type and status โ€” status is your funnel stage (e.g., Lead, Proposal, Under Contract, Closed).
  4. Customize Project Types (admin) to build separate funnels for different business lines โ€” investment sales, leasing, tenant rep.
  5. Log activities against the Project as the deal progresses so the timeline builds itself.
  6. Use filtered Project views (or the Insights Projects dashboard) as your live pipeline report.
๐Ÿ’ก Mentor tip

One deal, one Project โ€” resist the urge to track deals in spreadsheets on the side. If it isn't in a Project, it doesn't exist.
