Create & Publish a Listing in MarketPlace
The complete KRM → MarketEdge → MarketPlace flow: from property record to live, searchable listing.
- Create the Property in KRM: use Global Search to confirm it doesn't already exist, then click New Property and enter the details. Add availabilities and tenants on the Spaces tab.
- Create marketing in MarketEdge: click + Brochure inside the Property record, analyze if needed, and save your MarketEdge presentation.
- Send it to MarketPlace: in the presentation tab, click View/Share > Listing in MarketPlace, choose For Sale or For Lease, confirm the spaces to include, and press Create.
- Complete the listing: click Edit to open it in MarketPlace, verify marketing info, upload additional photos, and review every detail.
- Go live: set the status to Active and Searchable to make it public.
- Confirm your listing appears in MarketPlace search, then share it (see the RealBlast guide).
💡 Mentor tip
The order matters: property record first, marketing second, listing third. Data entered once in KRM flows all the way through — no re-typing.
