Email Your Listing: RealCampaigns & RealBlasts
Send branded listing campaigns to your own contacts — or blast the 300,000+ member RealNex community.
- Verify the listing is current in MarketPlace: photos, description, and details (campaigns amplify whatever's there — good or bad).
- Open MarketPlace Listing Management from the Apps menu and select the listing(s) with checkboxes.
- One listing: click Create Email Campaign. Multiple: Actions > Create Summary Email, set the listing order, press Next.
- Choose a professional template, personalize the subject line, and verify the email body content.
- Choose your audience: Private Contacts (select KRM Groups) or a RealBlast to a chosen CBSA, state, or the national CRE list.
- Verify the From and Reply-To addresses, then send Immediately or schedule a time.
- Confirm email credits and click Finish — then watch open and click reporting after it sends.
