Stand Up a Vault Deal Room in Minutes

1. Check prerequisites: an active MarketEdge or Navigator subscription (Vault is included) and your standard RealNex sign-in.
2. Have three things ready: a contact list export (to seed invitations), an NDA template PDF, and your deal documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or images).
3. Go to vault.realnex.com and sign in with your RealNex credentials (same single sign-on as the rest of the platform).
4. Run the 3-step wizard: name the deal room, upload documents, invite participants.
5. Set NDA acceptance so no document is visible until the NDA is signed.
